Refund and Returns Policy

                 Overview

Thank you for shopping with Thread & Canavs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer the following refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You must request the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Items that are made to order, customized / personalized, clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must accompany the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to @threadandcanvas12@gmail.com  (or your support email) with:

    • Order number

    • Name and contact information

    • Reason for return, and photos if damaged/defective

  2. Our support team will review and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization and provide the return address along with any instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of authorization.

3. Return Shipping & Handling Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.).

  • We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

5. Refund Processing

  • If approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • In some cases, a restocking fee (e.g. 5–10%) may apply (optional — decide whether you want this).

  • Shipping charges (original / outbound) are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not guarantee direct exchanges (size, color) unless we specifically offer that option.

  • If you wish to exchange, treat it as a return + new order, subject to inventory availability and shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to us via email within 3 days of receipt, with clear photos of the defect.

  • We will arrange for either a replacement, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

8. Limitations & Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns that do not comply with our policy (e.g. used, washed, altered, missing tags, or outside return window).

  • For promotional or discounted items, only the purchase price is refundable (not shipping).

  • Items marked final sale / non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
